Abendstern, Vienna's first gallery for erotic art, opened in October 2001 with an exhibition by the photographer Helmut Klein. In his exhibition "Body Shapes", Klein showed discreet, undercooled and enigmatic black and white pictures, which he calls "extended portraits".
